Social Connection Group for Autistic Middle-Schoolers

Mondays @ 4pm: October 20 - December 15, 2025

This group is a great fit for autistic middle school students who want to find social connections that feel satisfying to them. We’ll practice connecting around common interests, explore individual needs and preferences when it comes to social connection, and center self-acceptance. We do not teach masking behaviors; rather, we will help participants to understand what masking is, how it impacts them, and how to care for themselves when navigating neurotypical norms.

Cost: $40 per session. Location: 4800 S. Macadam Ave, Suite 201, Portland, OR 97239.

Wednesdays @ 10am: October 22 - December 17, 2025

If you want to connect face-to-face with other parents who understand the unique challenges and joys of parenting with a neurodivergent brain and/or parenting kids with neurodivergent brains; and if you want to support and encourage others as they navigate their own unique parenting journey, please join us (Note: this run-on sentence was written by an ADHD brain in action). We will set group norms together during the first session to guide us in remaining a safe space where participants can be honest about their experiences without the fear of judgment.
