Colleen St. John

Colleen St. John (she/her) - Intern Therapist

Hi, I’m Colleen. If you’re on a journey of self acceptance and want to feel free to show up authentically in the world, I am here to help. Together, we can let go of perfectionism, learn to experience joy, and find meaning and purpose within your unique story. We can hold space for personal challenges and strengths simultaneously while you discover a life that brings you the most satisfaction.

As a single parent of two adult neurodivergent children, I know how hard it is to lean into flexibility and creativity while also making space for my personal wellbeing. Learning about my own ADHD has been an important part of my story of finding self-acceptance and authenticity. I love supporting parents of neurodivergent children, including those who are neurodivergent themselves, to find support and stability on their parenting journey.

If you want to learn how to be kinder to yourself, accept and care for your needs, and celebrate the unique inner workings of who you are, I want to invite you to reach out. Don't wait for things to get easier to get support. You can start your journey towards peace and happiness today,  and I'm here to help.

Fun Facts:

My two most consistent special interests are animals and psychology. I can just never get enough of either. I love gardening, camping, comedy, writing and reading. I usually go through 2-3 books a week. I am also a big believer in leaning into whimsy as a path to joy.
