Kyana Benjamin
Kyana Benjamin, MS - Associate Counselor
Kyana’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe to come as we are. Kyana works with children, teens, and adults who identify as LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, and/or neurodivergent. In addition, she helps clients work through issues related to trauma, anxiety, and family difficulties. Integrating narrative therapy, relational-cultural therapy, and strengths-based therapy, she offers care that is both personalized and deeply rooted in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming principles. She honors the uniqueness of each individual and works to create an inclusive space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued.
Kyana offers both in-person and virtual sessions, meeting clients wherever they are in their journey. She is passionate about creating a grounded, affirming space where clients can explore, reflect, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
