Hi, I’m Morgan. I am passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals and couples to find safety, joy, and healing. I approach my work with clients from an IFS-informed perspective while also weaving in somatic awareness and mindfulness, helping you let go of what doesn’t work for you and build the self-trust to move towards the life you want.
Whether you are navigating complex trauma, difficult family dynamics, or unpacking how neurodiversity has played a part in your life, you deserve to have a space that affirms your identity and honors your lived experience.
