Fees and Insurance

Individual and Family Counseling:

We’re in-network with Aetna, Moda, Providence, Regence/BCBS, and United. If you have one of these providers, you’ll pay your insurance plan’s co-pay, and we’ll bill your insurance company for the rest. Please check with your insurance plan to verify coverage.

If we’re out-of-network with your insurance provider, follow these steps:

  1. Find out your plan’s out-of-network reimbursement rate.

Many plans reimburse 50-80% of the costs from an out-of-network provider, while some do not provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers. Each plan is different.

  2. Ask your therapist for a good faith estimate.

Before you begin therapy, we’ll provide a detailed summary treatment costs based on session length, frequency, and which therapist you’re working with (rates vary based on training and experience)

To help us give you an accurate estimate, we’ll ask you to schedule a 15-minute counsultation to discuss what you’re looking for and how we can best support you.

  3. Get reimbursed from your insurance company.

You’ll pay the provider’s rate at each session, and we’ll give you a superbillthat you can give to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We provide these at the end of each month, or upon request.

Support Groups:

Support groups have a community-building focus and are not considered medical treatment. Since we don’t medically assess or diagnose participants, we are not able to bill medical insurance for participants. Payment for support groups are due at the beginning of each session.
